Dining at Drexel is not an extremely high priority because, as you said, only freshmen are mandated to do it as a safety measure against kids spending all of their money on other things besides feeding themselves in their first few weeks of independence. If someone wants to eat like garbage, he should be able to acquire junk food easily.
