Why was the manager unable to explain how this mistake came about in the first place? Orders are constantly late or cancelled and customer service can't tell you when or if your late order will arrive. I phoned again the following morning and got the same explanation and told you have been refunded , I again said I would like to speak to someone else and was told that there was no one available at all.

Their drivers are stealing people's shopping and telling the company they have delivered it. I paid £20 for it and it wasn't given to me. They claim that the local store will phone in the morning to arrange a redelivery, but they never do, and all the next-day slots get taken while you wait for this non-existent call! Please avoid ASDA Groceries for your own good. Next day no one came and when I called ASDA helpline again they said that driver is not coming. . I'm starting to think this is a made up service. That was 5 days ago now and trying to arrange a refund with Asda's unhelpful call centre has been a very painful experience.

When I called the ASDA Grocery helpline they promised to contact driver and call me back in few minutes. The assistant eventually returned and said the items were all in the 'deal' then the 'customer service' assistant proceeded to scan items several times over, write down prices and do little calculations. . . Sometimes just choose to arrive early out of designated time spot come on.
ASDA have no contact information for the drivers at all. I spend hundreds with ASDA each month but loyalty means nothing to them. Customer services team don't understand what you tell them! When i called customer service, i was told there is a fault in the drivers machine and accidentally marked everyones orders as delivered. Only plus is the nice staff. Day of delivery order dropped again to £47.
