Despite their differences, the two brothers were close and always looked out for each other.
One day, the two brothers decided to go on a journey to the nearby forest to gather firewood. As they were walking through the forest, they came across a clearing where a group of bandits were camped. The bandits saw the two brothers and immediately jumped up, ready to attack.
Jack, seeing the danger, quickly grabbed Tom and ran back the way they came. The bandits chased after them, but Jack was fast and managed to outrun them. When they finally made it back to the village, they were exhausted and out of breath, but they were safe.
The villagers were grateful to Jack for saving Tom and hailed him as a hero. From that day on, Jack became known as the protector of the village and was respected by all. Tom, on the other hand, was filled with shame and guilt for causing trouble and putting his brother in danger.
