I met Jordan when I did a talk in Philadelphia and he came with a couple of questions. It's a well done documentary and not just because it's a topic near and dear to my heart. There is no shame in having a mental illness and I would recommend this to anyone with an issue or anyone who KNOWS someone who needs help!! Computer and camera batteries disappear, as well as SD cards. This empowering film sheds light on what nearly 100 million Americans suff. Such a beautiful woman, such a brilliant creative mind, but this disease destroys all her accomplishments every 2 years - i will seek out and share every possible resource.

The editing of this film was choppy, which was surprising since the film was written and directed by actor Joe Pantoliano, and was distracting to the content. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness. I got to know Congressman Jim Ramstad R-MN and Patrick Kennedy D-RI and it was Jim who introduced NKM2 to Congress.

Pantoliano has been in over 50 films including The Goonies, The Matrix, Memento, and The Fugitive; he may be best-knownfrom his Emmy-winning turn as Ralphie Cifaretto on The Sopranos. The film provides very important information about rates of mental disorders in the population, its effects on families, the association of substance abuse with mental disorders and treatment options, but it does so in a very engaging and entertaining way. . Our goal is to empower those with BD to admit their illness, seek treatment, and become even greater members of society.
