Seeking only through her own thought, it started to become transparent of mother's cultural identity on having a thriving child for her generation. Father also beats Adeline with a dog whip when he arrives home and resolves that Aunt Baba is a bad influence on Adeline and the two must be separated. Hyeon-su becomes distant and refuses to speak to her mother before leaving to see her father. Even though this play is very different than the Disney version of Cinderella, it 's still teaches us a very important lesson.
