Wayne Bertram Williams was a convicted serial killer who was found guilty of murdering two adult men in Atlanta, Georgia in the 1980s. However, he is also suspected of being responsible for a string of child murders that occurred in the same time period, known as the Atlanta Child Murders.
Williams was born in 1958 in Atlanta and grew up in the city's Metropolitan area. He was a talented musician and aspired to be a record producer. In the late 1970s and early 1980s, Williams worked as a freelance photographer and freelance talent scout for local radio stations.
